Albert John Brydebell, Jr.
Albert John Brydebell, Jr., 75, of Finleyville died Wednesday, June 14, 2017 at the home of his son in South Park.
He was born April 30, 1942 in McKeesport; a son of the late Albert J. and Margaret McNish Brydebell.
Mr. Brydebell was retired as a meat cutter at Giant Eagle in Peters Township.
He served in the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War and was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church in Finleyville.
Mr. Brydebell enjoyed golfing and NASCAR racing and had served as a scout master and a coach for youth sports.
Surviving are three sons, Scott Brydebell and his wife April of South Park, Jason Brydebell of Pittsburgh and Justin Brydebell and his wife Rachel of McDonald; a brother, Tom Brydebell of Hatboro, PA; a sister, Ida Mae Stoddart of Monessen; two grandchildren, Andrew and Makenzie; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased is his wife, Andrea Malush Brydebell, who died in March of 2008.
Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. Sunday at Kegel Funeral Home, Inc., 3560 Washington Avenue, in Finleyville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. Monday, June 19, 2017 at St. Francis Church with Reverend Richard J. Tusky as celebrant. Interment will follow in Sacred Heart Cemetery, Carroll Township, with full military honors accorded by Mon Valley Honor Guard.
