Andrew C. Paul
Andrew C. Paul, 93, of Bethel Park died Tuesday, December 11, 2018 at his home.
He was born June 15, 1925 in Pittsburgh; a son of William and Rosella Rodgers Paul.
Mr. Paul was retired as a flooring and carpet installer with Floor Coverers Union Local 1759.
He served in the U.S. Coast Guard Merchant Marines during WWII and was a member of St. Gabriel of the Sorrowful Virgin Church in Whitehall, an honorary life member of Knights of Columbus, serving three times as Grand Knight, a member of Gilmary Council 3868, and American Legion Post 760 in Bethel Park.
Surviving are three daughters, Suzanne Hoffmann (Bob) of Castle Shannon, Kathleen Snyder (Gary) of West Newton and Michele Foster (Joe Bowers) of Finleyville; five grandchildren, Kimberly, Kelly, Michael, Bobby and Krista; twelve great grandchildren, Douglas, Nicholas, Morgan, Lexus, Jaylen, Teo, Dominic, Kaitlyn, Madison, Andrew, Brayden and Christopher; longtime companion, Helen Stoehr; and many nieces, nephews and friends whom he loved dearly. “Love You All”.
Deceased are his wife of 42 years, Anna Mae Lattner Paul; three brothers, William, Charles and James and a son-in-law, Jerry Foster.
The family would like to thank South Hills Family Medicine for the great care that was provided for over 25 years.
Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. Friday at Kegel Funeral Home, Inc., Tim P. Kegel, supervisor, David P. Kegel, director, 3560 Washington Avenue, in Finleyville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. Saturday, December 15, 2018 at St. Francis of Assisi Church in Finleyville. Interment will follow in Zion Cemetery in Whitehall. Memorial contributions can be made to Washington Area Humane Society, P.O. Box 66, Eighty-Four, PA 15330.
