Andrew D. Zelinsky

            Andrew D. Zelinsky, 45, of Finleyville died Sunday, September 3, 2017 in the emergency room of Cape Cod General Hospital in Massachusetts.

            He was born July 29, 1972 in New Eagle.

            Mr. Zelinsky was employed as a quality assurance representative at the Defense Contract Management Agency of the U.S. Department of Defense in Pittsburgh.

            He served in the U.S. Navy during the Persian Gulf War and was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church in Finleyville and the American Federation of Government Employees union.

            Surviving are his wife, Melissa Allridge Zelinsky; two sons, Jordan and Noah Zelinsky, and a daughter, Ella Zelinsky, all at home; his parents, Daniel and Deanna Thomas Zelinsky of New Eagle; a sister, Bernadette Zelinsky of New Eagle; and several nieces and nephews.

            Deceased is a brother, Daniel ‘D.J.’ Zelinsky.

            Friends will be received one half hour prior to a memorial service at 12:00 Noon, Saturday, September 23, 2017 at St. Francis of Assisi Finley Hall, 3606 Washington Avenue, in Finleyville.  Memorial contributions can be made to Mr. Zelinsky’s children c/o of his wife, Melissa.

            Arrangements are under the direction of Kegel Funeral Home, Inc. in Finleyville.
