Brian J. Linhart

            Brian J. Linhart, 78, of Finleyville, died Tuesday July 25, 2023 in his home.

He was born June 14, 1945 in Baldwin, a son of the late Arthur and Helen O’Brien Linhart.

            Brian was a retired Trooper from the Pennsylvania State Police Washington Barracks.  He served in the US Air Force during the Vietnam War stationed in Germany, attaining the rank of Sergeant in the Air Police Squadron.

            Surviving are his wife Ellysia Linhart, three daughters; Ellysia (Mike) Middleton of Finleyville, Therese (John) Linhart of Monroeville and Susan (Jody) Daughterty of West Leechburg, five grandchildren; Sara, Brian, Sophie, Tegan and Gabe, one sister; Doris Newby and many nieces and nephews.

            Deceased in addition to his parents is one brother Arthur Linhart Jr.

            All arrangements are private and under the direction of Kegel Funeral Home, Inc. in Finleyville.  Memorial donations can be made to a Veteran’s charity of the donor’s choice.
