Donald A. Resnik, 93, of Finleyville, died Sunday June 2, 2024 in his home.
He was born April 13, 1931 in Hackett, a son of the late John and Frances Mauser Resnik.
Don was retired from the former Monongahela Ford and New Stanton Volkswagen, where he worked as a Service Manager. He was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church in Finleyville and enjoyed NASCAR and Pittsburgh Sports, especially the Pirates, who he was still a believer that this was their year to win the World Series.
Surviving are his son; Ronald Resnik of Finleyville, grandson Donald (Jeana) Resnik of Elrama and great granddaughter Erica Quatrone.
Deceased are his wife Flora Resnik, son Donald Resnik Jr, brother Richard Resnik and two sisters; Lillian Prosan and Irene Richards.
Visitation will be held from 3-7pm Wednesday in Kegel Funeral Home, Inc. David P. Kegel, Supervisor 3560 Washington Avenue Finleyville. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated 10am Thursday in St. Francis of Assisi Church (St. John XXIII Parish) with interment following in Jefferson Memorial Park. Memorial donations can be made to the Finleyville Vol. Fire Department 3562 Washington Ave Finleyville PA 15332
