Donald R. Tustin, Sr.

            Donald R. Tustin, Sr., 91, formerly of Finleyville died Thursday, December 17, 2020 at Paramount Assisted Living Center in McMurray.

            He was born January 28, 1929 in Charleroi; a son of Henry and Catherine Vulcan Tustin.

            Mr. Tustin was retired as a district manager for Prudential Insurance Company in Pittsburgh.

            He was a member of First Presbyterian Church in Finleyville and Monongahela Elks Lodge 455 in Monongahela and was a former member of Loyal Order of Moose 172 and American Legion Post 613, both in Finleyville, and Finleyville Volunteer Fire Department.

            Surviving are two sons, Donald R. Tustin, Jr. (Linda) of Finleyville and James Tustin (Karen) of Monongahela; a daughter, Kathi Columbus (Tom Shawley) of Eighty Four; a brother, Joseph Tustin (Nina) of New Eagle; five grandchildren, Donald R. III, Michael, Bethany, Jennifer and Jayme; eight great grandchildren, Savannah, Ricky, Donnie IV, Cami, Callie, Dakota, Tori and Colt; several nieces and nephews; and his close friend, Karen Deliere.

            Deceased is his wife, Doris McMahon Tustin; who died February 24, 2005.

            Friends will be received from 2-6 P.M. Sunday at Kegel Funeral Home, Inc., Tim P. Kegel, supervisor, David P. Kegel, director, 3560 Washington Avenue, Finleyville, where services will be held at 10:00 A.M. Monday, December 21, 2020 with Pastor Kevin Young officiating.  Interment will follow in Finleyville Cemetery.  Memorial contributions can be made to First Presbyterian Church of Finleyville, 3595 Washington Avenue, Finleyville, PA  15332.
