Donald W. Karrenbauer, age 85 of Eighty Four, PA died May 4, 2024 at AlleghenyGeneral Hospital surrounded by his family.
He was born November 8, 1938 in Mt.Oliver, a son of the late P. Edward and Bertha Hirsch Karrenbauer.
Prior to his retirement, Don was employed as a corporate parking service lead for several business in downtown Pittsburgh. He served in the U.S. Army during the Cuban Missle Crisis and Vietnam War; and was a member of the American Legion Post 613 and Life Member of the Library Sportsman’s Association, both in Finleyville.
In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by his wife Diana J Minick Karrenbauer, two
sisters Dolores Bukas and Donna Ruhl, sister-in-law Judith Minick, and brother Edward Karrenbauer.
He is survived by brother-in-law Daniel Minick, nephews Donald R Ruhl, David S Ruhl, Daniel W Minick, and David J Minck, nieces Vicki Amundson, Mary Jo Ganaway, Debora Gribbin,
Denise Ratica, and Darlene Minick.
Plans for a celebration of life to be announced at a later date. Arrangements are under direction
of Kegel Funeral Home, Inc. in Finleyville
