Everett Lutes

            Everett Lutes, 88, of Venetia, died Friday February 3, 2023 in the Donnell House, Washington.

He was born December 6, 1934 in Nottingham Township, a son of the late Everett and Margaret Frame Lutes.

Everett was retired as an Operations Supervisor from AT&T (formerly Bell Telephone).  He was a member of Wrights UM Church in Venetia where he served as a Trustee for many years.  He enjoyed farming, riding his tractors and his daily trips to the Country Store in Venetia.

Surviving are two sons, Daniel Lutes of Venetia, and Lennard (Esther) Lutes of Copley OH, two grandsons, William and Westin Lutes and nephew Darin (Diana) Schultz of Nottingham Township.

Deceased are his wife, Arlene Lutes and sister Garnet Schultz.

Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 6-8pm Thursday in Kegel Funeral Home, Inc. David P. Kegel, Supervisor 3560 Washington Avenue Finleyville.  Funeral services will be held 11am Friday in the Funeral Home with interment following in Finleyville Cemetery.  Memorial donations can be made to a charity of one’s choice.
