Gerald L. ‘Jerry’ Kelly
Gerald L. ‘Jerry’ Kelly, 81, of Finleyville died Wednesday, July 26, 2017 at Canonsburg General Hospital in North Strabane Township.
He was born July 12, 1936 in Dormont; a son of Francis and Mary Ann Feeney Kelly.
Mr. Kelly was retired as a self-employed fabricator, along with his late brother Frank, of iron railings for buildings and homes.
He was a member of St. Francis of Assisi Church in Finleyville.
Surviving are a brother, Neil Kelly; four sisters, Betty Lutton of Eighty-Four, Kathleen Kelly of Brookline, Florence Rusch of Venetia and Arlene Kelly of Pittsburgh; and many nieces and nephews.
Deceased are two brothers, Patrick and Frank Kelly, and three sisters, Josephine Zirngibl, Rita Kelly and Helena Hlavsa.
Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. Sunday at Kegel Funeral Home, Inc., Tim P. Kegel, supervisor, David P. Kegel, director, 3560 Washington Avenue, in Finleyville. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at 10:00 A.M. Monday, July 31, 2017 at St. Francis Church in Finleyville. Interment will follow in Queen of Heaven Cemetery in McMurray.
