Harriet Beck

Harriet Beck, 97, of Nottingham Township, passed away Sunday February 16, 2025, at home.

She was born December 21, 1927, in Snowden, a daughter of the late John and Pearl Martin. She was raised by the late Richard and Mary Patterson

Harriet was a homemaker and a founding member and treasurer of Nottingham Christian Center.  She dedicated countless years as youth group leader there and at Gastonville Methodist Church.

Surviving is her daughter; Janet (Bill) Kennedy, two grandchildren; Shawnna (Brian) Kennedy-Russell and Chad (Traci) Kennedy and one great grandson Brayden Peterson.

Deceased are her husband Michael Beck, two brothers; Curtis and William and five sisters; Virginia, Dorothy, Bertha, Myrtle and Josephine.

Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 6-8pm Thursday in Kegel Funeral Home, Inc. David P. Kegel, Supervisor 3560 Washington Avenue Finleyville.  A celebration of life service will begin at 11am Friday in Nottingham Christian Center 1028 Linden Road Eighty Four. Everyone is asked to go directly to the church. Private Interment will be held in Monongahela Cemetery.
