Harry E. “Ted” Vero

            Harry E. “Ted” Vero, 84, of New Wilmington, Lawrence County, formerly of Finleyville, died Wednesday, December 9, 2020 at Shenango Presbyterian Senior Care Center in New Wilmington.

            He was born April 19, 1936 in Glenshaw; a son of Robert E. and Kathryn Maier Vero.

            Ted was retired as an architect with the Pittsburgh Public School Systems.

            He served in the U.S. Army and was a member of First Presbyterian Church of Finleyville.

            Surviving is a son, Carl Vero (Dawn) of Bessemer; two granddaughters, Emily and Lindsay; and a niece, Laura Moeller.

            Deceased is his wife, Ruth Ann Vance Vero, who died in March of 2018.

            There will be no public visitation.  Private interment will be held in Mingo Cemetery in Finleyville.

            Arrangements are under the direction of Kegel Funeral Home, Inc. in Finleyville.
