John L. ‘Jack’ Holt

            John L. ‘Jack’ Holt, 85, of Finleyville died Wednesday, August 16, 2017 at his home.

            He was born March 13, 1932 in Finleyville; a son of Walter and Mary Cornwell Holt.

            Mr. Holt was retired as a tool & die maker at the former General Motors plant in Dravosburg.

            He was a member of Mingo Presbyterian Church and Loyal Order of Moose Lodge 172, both in Finleyville.

            Surviving are his wife, Betty Poziviak Holt; a son, Gary ‘Moose’ Holt of Finleyville; a granddaughter, Lauren Powell; two great grandsons, Hunter and Waylon Powell and many nieces and nephews.

            Deceased is a daughter, Deborah Graham.

            Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 P.M. Friday at Kegel Funeral Home, Inc., Tim P. Kegel, supervisor, David P. Kegel, director, 3560 Washington Avenue, Finleyville, where services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday, August 19, 2017 with Pastor Glenn McClelland officiating.  In lieu of flowers the family suggests a contribution to a charity of one’s choice.  Condolences to kegelfuneralhome.com.
