Kenneth A. Boyd

            Kenneth A. Boyd, 72, of Eighty Four, died Thursday August 10, 2023 in Allegheny General Hospital.

            He was born October 14, 1950 in New Eagle, a son of the late Arthur and Eleanor Gearing Boyd.

            Ken was employed as a property manager with Tech One Associates in Coraopolis.  He enjoyed hunting and fishing, especially with his grandsons.  He will be remembered for being a second dad to all his “adopted children” and everyone he called a “friend”.  His fatherly guidance and ability to connect with everyone he met will be missed by many.

            Surviving are his wife Lynne Blacka Boyd, one son; Robert J. (Stacy) Boyd of Bentleyville, one daughter; Kendra L Casella of Washington, four grandchildren; Alexas, Josh and Maria Casella and Lucas Boyd, one sister; Ethel (Robert) Lindley of Eighty Four and several nieces and nephews.

            A celebration of life will be held from 2-5pm Sunday in Kegel Funeral Home, Inc. David P. Kegel, Supervisor 3560 Washington Ave Finleyville.
