Michael B. Wallace May 6, 1971 – March 4, 2024
Peacefully, but unexpectedly, at home, on Monday, March 4, Michael B. Wallace 52,
of Finleyville entered his eternal rest. Beloved husband of 24 years to Linda M. (Miller)
Wallace; father to Paige (Leslie) Martinez of Warrensburg, Missouri and Lucas Wallace.
Mike is also survived by his parents, John and Linda Wallace of Brookline; siblings
John and Craig Wallace, Ashley (Adam) Baker and Pam Wallace; nephews Kyle and Ray Wallace; nieces Mariah and Emma Baker, Eisha, Lucy and Danielle Wallace; best friends Joe
Mazza, Uncle Bob and Craig; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins and cherished
friends.
Mike worked as a Senior Procurement Specialist at Federated Hermes for the past 35
years. To know Mike was to love him. No one could spend time with Mike without a
smile on their face and lots of laughter. He was a devoted and proud family man who
enjoyed every minute of life. Along with spending time with his family and friends, Mike
loved music, Pittsburgh sports teams, poker, golf and cooking. Mike’s famous Peppered
Beef and Stuffed Hot Peppers were always in high demand at gatherings.
Mike and Linda enjoyed 32 years together, playing cornhole, going to concerts but times spent with friends and family will forever be his most cherished.
Friends and family will be received from 1-4 and 6-8 Thursday at Kegel Funeral Home, Inc. David P. Kegel, Supervisor 3560 Washington Ave Finleyville, where services will begin at 11am Friday with Pastor Brent Furlong officiating.
