Norma L. Wardle

            Norma L. (Spencer) Wardle, 90, formerly of Finleyville, died Monday, October 9, 2017 at Brethren Care Village in Ashland, OH.

            She was born June 19, 1927 in Beaver; a daughter of Wilbert and Edith Boss Spencer.

            Mrs. Wardle was a homemaker and a very active member of the former Gastonville Methodist Church.

            Surviving are her husband, Howard ‘Puz’ Wardle; a son, Dr. Terry Wardle (Cheryl) of Ashland, OH; a daughter, Bonita ‘Bonny’ Roche (Isaac) of Fayette City; a cousin, Jack Erath of Beaver; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.

            Friends will be received from 2-4 and 6-8 Thursday at Kegel Funeral Home, Inc., Tim P. Kegel, supervisor, David P. Kegel, director, 3560 Washington Avenue, Finleyville, where services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, October 20, 2017.  Interment will follow in Finleyville Cemetery. The family requests memorial contributions be made to Brethren Care Village, 2140 Center Street, Ashland, OH  44805.
