Robert B. “Panky” Lawrence, Sr.

            Robert B. “Panky” Lawrence, Sr. 78, of Finleyville, died Thursday October 26, 2023 in his home.

            He was born May 17, 1945 in New Eagle, a son of the late Robert and Naomi Brewer Lawrence.

            Panky retired from Trumble Corporation in West Mifflin where he worked as a truck driver.  He was a member of the Teamsters Local 341, American Legion Post 613 in Finleyville and the Hoot Owls in New Eagle.  He enjoyed riding motorcycles, antique cars and shooting pool.

            Surviving are his wife; Beverly Cunko Lawrence, one son; Robert Lawrence, Jr. of New Eagle, one step-son Michael Robinson of Finleyville  and many friends that he considered family.

            A memorial gathering of friends and family will be held from 4-6pm Saturday November 4 at Kegel Funeral Home, Inc. David P. Kegel, Supervisor 3560 Washington Ave Finleyville.  Memorial donations can be made to the Washington Area Humane Society, 1527 S.R. 136, Eighty Four PA 15330.
