Ronald Scharding

Ronald Scharding, 82, of Smock, formerly of Finleyville, passed away Wednesday October 23, 2024.

He was born May 23, 1942, in Pittsburgh, a son of the late William and Loraine Conlon Scharding.

Ron retired as a custodian for several personal care homes.  He enjoyed fishing, football, oldies and country music.  He played drums for several local country bands.

Surviving are his daughter; Dana Adametz and sister in law Linda McKeever, both of Finleyville.

Deceased are his wife Barbara Scharding, son Dennis Scharding and sister Janet Cochran.

Visitation will be held from 5-8pm Sunday in Kegel Funeral Home, Inc. David P. Kegel, Supervisor 3560 Washington Avenue Finleyville, where a Blessing Service will begin at 10am Monday with interment following in Finleyville Cemetery.
