Thomas E. “Tom” Miller, 79, of Finleyville, passed away Sunday March 15, 2026, at home surrounded by family.
He was born August 10, 1946, in New Eagle, a son of the late Edward “Buzz” and Elizabeth “Jane” Miller.
Tom was a 1964 graduate of Monongahela High School. He retired after 39 years from Equitable Gas Company. Tom served in the 1st Calvary Division of the U.S. Army during the Vietnam War, was a member of the PA National Guard for 25 years and was a member and past commander of the American Legion Post 613 in Finleyville.
Surviving are his wife; Marlene Miller, two sons; Craig (Jude) and Eric (Jen) Miller, one stepson; Matthew (Heather) Mancini, one stepdaughter; Carla (Rob) Vickers, one brother; James Miller, one sister; Donna Miller, thirteen grandchildren, former wife; Cheryl Mancini and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 2-4 and 6-8pm Wednesday in Kegel Funeral Home, Inc., David P. Kegel, Supervisor 3560 Washington Avenue Finleyville. American Legion Post 613 will conduct services at 7pm during visitation. Private inurnment will be held in Finleyville Cemetery. Memorial donations can be made to the American Legion Post 613 at 3537 Washington Avenue Finleyville, PA 15332
