Veronica Cavalier

On June 8, 2022, God called Veronica Cavalier home so he could give her a new body. No more arthritis, no more shingles and no more strokes. Veronica was born in Hrastnik, Slovenia on December 28, 1925. Daughter of the late Frank and Christina Urbanija. She and her mom came to America in October 1928. She graduated from Snowden High in 1943.

God blessed her with the most wonderful husband on August 19, 1946, Francis “Jim” Cavalier. God called him home January 30, 1995. They were blessed with four children, Francis, Malcolm, Christian and Christina. Three grandsons Michael, Matthew, and James. Three great grandchildren Katrina, Dominic, and Lucas. Sister Louise, nieces, and nephews.

She was a member of the most wonderful church, The Church of God in Monongahela and also a member of the Slovenian National Insurance Benefit Society.
