FINAL ARRANGEMENTS FOR WILLIAM GOODSON

Hello Family & Friends...

This is to inform you that my son, Billy Goodson, as of 2:00 AM Monday morning (3/20/17), is resting in the arms of Jesus!!!

^“I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith: Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the Righteous Judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love His appearing.”      

2 Timothy 4:7-8

On Friday (3/31/17) there will be a WAKE (2:00 - 5:00) and a SPECIAL TRIBUTE (6:00 - 8:00) at Mt. Zion Bapt. Church, 3801 Mountain Rd., South Park, PA 15129. This is Bill's Home Church where he received CHRIST into his heart & was baptized by his grandfather, Dr. Chester H. Byars. There will be a Catered Buffet in the LOWER FELLOWSHIP AREA (2:00 - 8:00). EVERYONE PLEASE plan to come enjoy your dinner and fellowship with family & friends from near and far as we offer up praises to GOD for the beautiful life Bill lived and the wonderful legacy he leaves behind.

On Saturday (4/1/17) the funeral will be held (10:00 AM) at Trinity AME Zion Church of Pgh, 3105 Allendale St. Pittsburgh, PA 15204.
